Anywhere Old Snowmass, Snowmass, Aspen, or Basalt all work great. There are plenty of hotels and Airbnbs.
Transportation
Ubers are available. Renting a car is also a solid call for flexibility. Keep in mind there is no parking at the Ranch. There is plenty of parking for Mastermind.

Country-cowboy carnival vibe on a private ~$10M ranch in Old Snowmass: mechanical bull, rodeo animals, food trucks, custom cowboy hats, dunk tanks, games. Dress country! Hosted on 08/14/26 from 3pm-8pm.
Anywhere within ~20 miles works: Old Snowmass, Snowmass, Aspen, Basalt. We recommend Ubers or a rental car for getting around. There is no parking at the Ranch.
For ultimate convenience, fly directly into Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE). It is located just 3 miles (a 10-minute drive) from downtown Aspen.
Please plan to Uber to and from the Ranch — limited parking is available for sponsor brands only. We will be running a shuttle to the Park and Ride at the end of the night (8pm), from where you can call an Uber home. Carpool encouraged!
For Mastermind sessions, we recommend business casual. Thursday's ladies only dinner is Cowboy Coquette themed — think cowboy boots, lace dresses, denim, pearls, ribbons, and bows. Night at the Ranch is rodeo themed. Yeehaw.
